We hope it never happens, but occasionally problems do arise.
Our Returns Policy or Product Returns is listed below.
We will make every effort to resolve any problems you may have.
Some problems may take longer to resolve, so please be patient.
Please e-mail all correspondence to sales@dps.net.
All problems and returns must be submitted to us within 30 days
after the product has been received or estimated date of delivery.
Reasons for return:
1. Product misprint, broken or damaged.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be
submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
Send us an e-mail to sales@dps.net of the problem with pictures included.
If you need to send photos of the problem, we have noticed that a
number of e-mail providers will not send large photos.
They won't even give notice that it was or was not sent, they just drop
the e-mail. Please send a smaller but clear picture of the problem.
If there is more than one picture, send each picture in a separate e=mail,
We suggest a follow up e-mail without photos saying that you sent
the photos. We will respond that the pictures have been received.
2. Wrong product sent.
Send us an e-mail of the problem with pictures included.
3. Product wrong size or color.
If a product was sent that was the wrong color or size and the
mistake was ours, please notify us and we will correct the problem.
If you chose the wrong size or color, we are very sorry we cannot help you.
4. Product not received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted
no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If a product is returned to us because of an invalid mailing
address, we will notify you and request a corrected shipping
address from you. The product will be remailed to you.
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you
have yet to receive it, check with your neighbors it may have been
left there or check with your carrier.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package
was left in an unexpected location at your address.
You should check with the carrier and inquire if any additional
details where was it left by the delivery person? For example:
“Left under the table on the back porch."
We are sorry but refunds or reshipments that has been shown
as delivered will not be made.
5. Buyers remorse.
We are sorry that you have changed your mind, we cannot
however allow a return for this reason.
6. Other.
Please notify us of the problem and we will determine what
procedures should be taken after that.
DO NOT do a return until you have been notified to do so.
